Capital work
When maintenance turns into a project, we run it as general contractor. From a TPO recover to a full repave, we scope it, manage the subs, and keep the owner in control with PO approval on larger jobs and standard AIA monthly draws.
Site presence
A clean, well-kept exterior is the first thing a tenant or a prospect sees. We keep striping crisp, bollards painted, beds tidy, and lighting working — so the property always shows like it's managed.
